Life Path Number Calculator

You can use my Life Path Calculator to the right to find out your Life Path Number. If you have any questions regarding the calculation method I use, and the reasoning behind it, please visit my page on How to Calculate your Life Path Number, and if you are unsure, or would like to know exactly how your Life Path Number is calculated, feel free to leave me a note below with your date of birth.

The numbers used in numerology to indicate one's life path number run from 1 to 9, with the exception of Master Numbers 11, 22, and 33. Master numbers have "extra strength", or double the pulling power of single digits. These numbers are given more challenges, and in return have greater potential. All types of people can have a master number, and it doesn't make one person any more special. It simply means that these people have many more obstacles and challenges along the way, and accordingly have the potential to achieve something that much more powerful in their lifetime.

I’m confused. I used your calculator to find my life path number. It said 6.
but using the calculations on the site on my own it said 33.

my birthday is April 14th, 1968 (04-14-1968)
what would be my correct number?

Thanking you in advance.

Hi Tammy,
April = 4
14 = 5
1968 = 24 = 6
your life path number = 4 + 5 + 6 = 15/6 … More information on the different methods can be found there – http://seventhlifepath.com/how-to-calculate-your-life-path-number/ : )

My birthdate is 9/12/1975. In my third cycle, the number 22 is there. Does that mean the last third of my life would bring about more challenges? What do the cycles mean?

Re: your comment about the Master number of 22, I was wondering 2 things.
1.) wouldn’t EVERYONE born in 1966 have a Master number of 22 ? Thus, making everyone born in 1966 have lives of extra challenges?

2.) It seem that having a master number as one of the 3 cycles seems to mess with the calculations. Generally, when I calculate the Master number, before I formally knew the Correct method of calculation, I added each digit of the month, day and year to calculate the number. This generally matches the calculation that adds the month, date and year, brought down to a single digit EXCEPT for 1966. Is it generally true that you can individually add each digit together, UNLESS one of the cycles ends up being a Master number?

Hi Angelia, this is up to your personal preference. Some numerologists will stick strictly to the name given to us at birth, while others will use the adopted name, especially if the adoption happened early in the persons life.
